We are looking for a Project Manager who will grow at our Vancouver, WA corporate offices. 

Responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the Company.

Additional responsibilities will include managing and supporting various company projects, research and analysis, preparing deliverables, meeting coordination and administrative tasks as necessary. 

In this role you will:

  • Proactively manage projects by using critical project management thinking skills- including but not limited to establishing scope of work and project plan, facilitating collaboration and communication between sub groups, managing timelines for project tasks, including mitigation of risks as necessary, reporting, ensuring goals are tracked and met, and effectively coordinating activities with project team.
  • Define project scope, goals, require resources and deliverables.
  • Present reports to leadership team on progress as well as problems and solutions.
  • Measure and track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Generate category reports and dashboards for management decision-making.
  • Assist with the identification, retrieval, manipulation, and analysis of data necessary to make decisions to support strategic initiatives and ongoing program management activities.
  • Support managers and leads on projects to improve processes and performance.
  • Assist management and executive staff with other special projects and functions as necessary.
  • Coordinate meetings between management team and staff.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Meet objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with team members.
  • Develops strategies, drives continuous improvement projects and plans key components.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

The perfect person will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years project management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall manufacturing, logistics, or planning experience in a leadership role at a consumer products company.
  • Experience using SAP, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and JDA/ or similar planning systems.
  • Track record of building a high-performing team to succeed in a demanding, fast-moving, and growth-oriented atmosphere.
  • Proven project management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven record of building relationships and collaborating across multiple operations and corporate support functions.
