We are looking for a Plant Manager who will grow at our Vancouver, WA Centennial facility. 

As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Centennial facility. This position will manage 3 manufacturing departments, warehousing, shipping, receiving and inventory. The position will also be responsible for meeting all customer demands, adhering to an established budget, maintaining a world class safety culture and working closely with all members of leadership. You will have the opportunity to manage and direct a workforce of 60+ people.

What you’ll do in this role:

  • Maintain a monthly and annual budget

  • Manage inventory levels of $500K

  • Direct a workforce of 60-80 team members

  • Achieve predetermined KPIs and metrics

  • Direct shipping and receiving team

  • Adhering to quality specs on all manufactured items

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and conduct safety training as needed

  • Coach and develop leaders for the future

  • Achieve critical customer deadlines and delivery dates

  • Work directly with the planning and demand teams

  • Implement efficient systems to reduce overall costs/expenses

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelors of Science (or equivalent) in Engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical), Business, Management or other related field highly desired.

  • 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing facility

  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience

  • 1-2 years inventory management experience

  • Knowledge of EHS systems/programs

  • Knowledge of SAP

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing

  • Ability to direct, manage, supervise, develop, and motivate associates

  • Willing to participate in and complete effective training programs

  • Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
