We are looking for a Can filter production lead who will grow at our Vancouver, WA offices.

The Can filter lead will monitor the safe and efficient processes to produce all SKUs for Can filter activated carbon filters.  This will include training of employees on safe and efficient operation of the Can filter filling, roller operation, and spot welding machines and procedures.
 

In this role you will:

  • Keep crew on task and working effectively and monitor safe practices in the Can Filter area.
  • Assure employees have correct tools and supplies available to them.
  • Monitor to ensure the most efficient production process.
  • Assign training to new employees and cross training for smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory counts.
  • Assure all equipment maintained and serviced when needed.
  • Always look for ways to be more efficient and save money for the company.
  • Actively participate in safety meetings.
  • Must be able to lift 30lb. products periodically throughout the day with no physical limitations.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet riders, etc.).
  • Able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communications and basic math.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Able to operate with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

  • Cross training in all aspects of our Can filter operations.
  • Verifiable, effective leadership skills.
  • Must have developed positive relationships with other department personnel.
