We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator who will grow at our brand new facility in Gresham, OR on 1st shift.

Hours will be Monday-Thursday from 5AM-3:30PM

Starting pay will be $19-$25/hr, depending on experience.

The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure orders are fulfilled on time, in full and support every department in exceeding each of our customers expectations. 

In this role you will:

• Use SAP software to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately

• Pull reports to track inventory and request inventory transfers as needed

• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Coordinate with the shipping team, distribution team and off site inventory teams to achieve timely shipments 

• Support all UPS order fulfillment processes

• Proactively request quotes for LTL and FTL outbound shipments

• Create purchase orders for warehouse supplies as needed

• Research delayed shipments and create prompt solutions to achieve customer expectations

• Actively communicates with distribution team to ensure local deliveries are fulfilled same day

• Assigns drivers routes based on priorities 

• Collaborates with order pullers, pallet wrappers and loaders to ensure accuracy 

• Train new warehouse associates to support cross-training initiatives

• Contribute to safety programs and committees 

• Maintain shipping warehouse filing

• Answer phones and assist supervisors with employee communications

The perfect person will have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience with SAP ERP

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Knowledge of product pulling/inventory systems

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good research skills for resolving inventory discrepancies

• Able to operate efficiently in a fast paced environment

• Courteous and professional demeanor

• Experience with shipping services
