What you’ll do in this role:

  • Perform all tasks safely.
  • Work on multiple packaging lines to fulfill professional-quality orders by
  • coordinating with team leaders and heavy equipment operator to set up, fulfill, and complete work orders.
  • Maintain and report raw material and finished goods inventories.
  • Maintain quality by checking, reporting fill rates, and volumes.
  • Responsible for meeting quality and quantity standards with Materials or Products.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to ensure safety and to reduce the risk of contamination.
  • Work directly with teammates and Maintenance to report mechanical issues with packaging lines.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Ability to read and/or follow directions easily.
  • Ability to identify all materials used.
  • Ability to work in a dusty environment in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work on feet for 10+ hours.
  • Be able to complete all other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Regular attendance, timeliness and positive attitude is required for advancement.
