We are looking for a Janitor who will grow at our Tulsa, OK Distribution facility.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our facilities and ensure they are kept in pristine condition. Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the maintenance and general housekeeping of the facility. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The facilities associate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining rooms, and public areas within the assembly and warehouse areas.

In this role you will:

• Perform general clean up of all areas of the building as directed.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for pick-up.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure facilities are maintained and fully equipped.
• Adheres and complies with the cleaning schedule.
• Adheres to safety rules and ergonomic practices.
• Performs other duties as necessary.

The perfect person will have:

• The associate must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, walk and bend for extended periods of time.  Must be able to work overtime.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work the required shift.
