We’re looking for an Inside Sales Associate/Coordinator in Vancouver, WA

Our internship program is designed to cultivate the professional growth of
students through a dynamic work environment. You will work on meaningful projects and have opportunities to learn from
industry leaders. We are committed to your development but will also rely
on you to bring new knowledge, new ideas and innovation into our
organization!

In this role, you will:

Provide phone and email support for the CSO, Sales Manager and Account Managers.
Responsible for field customer calls and emails in a timely fashion.
Manage stores in the territory with annual sales of $100K or less.
Represent the company at customer events, grand openings and tradeshows.
Responsible for putting together samples and marketing packages/posters for customers.
Assist with quoting customers and submitting to the pricing group.
Assist in scheduling store visits (shared calendar).
Send out approved email blasts on new products, stock issues and tips.
Assist, prepare and attend customer events.
Assist with RMA and accounting issues.
Trade show support.
Responsible for new customer and customer anniversary mailings.
Responsible for preparing customer performance Thank you cards.
Visio and power point assistance.
Assist with sales presentations for executive meetings.

Assist as necessary with supplier contracts.

Provide assistance for the National Sales Meeting.
Prepare and send samples, literature and SWAG to customers.


The perfect person will:
Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school.
Possess strong analytical and leadership skills.
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication.
Prioritize collaboration and problem solving.
Manage multiple tasks and is detailed-oriented.
Have prior internship experience (preferred but not required).
