We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Requirements:

2-3 Years of customer service experience
Ability to Multitask while completing multiple projects on time
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Self motivated and driven with exceptional follow through
Exemplary customer service and problem resolution abilities
Ability to work with a wide range of personalities constructively
Proficient in PC (Microsoft Word and Excel)
40 hours Per Week- Monday-Friday

Spanish speaking preferred

Principle Responsibilities:

Data entry (Entering orders into our companies software applications)
Answering calls customer calls and emails regarding order/customer inquires
Provide sales and administrative support to outside sales representatives
Enter and process orders received from customers and distributors
Send order acknowledgement, confirmation to customer(s)
Communication with buyers regarding order fulfillment timelines, back-orders, and any other information related to the order
Work closely with departments; Shipping and Production to insure that the customer’s orders and requests are being fulfilled to the fullest
Work directly with Outside Sales Representatives on fulfillment of requisitions, sampling, and sales materials. Provide general support to outside reps at all times
Other duties as assigned
