We are looking for a Brand Manager who will join our ProVista Marketing team in Marysville, Ohio.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role on a dynamic brand marketing team, passionate about driving growth in emerging channels. We are looking for a candidate with an innate entrepreneurial spirit, an unquenchable curiosity and passion for Brand Marketing. Preferably experience in B2B and Consumer Marketing. It is also desirable to have experience in the “green” industry like outdoor living, lawn & garden, and turf & ornamental industries. You, as the Brand Manager, will be responsible for bringing to life a new product from a Nationally recognized brand. Overseeing product development, annual marketing plans, media, merchandising, social/community development and performance tracking against KPIs. Simply put, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive awareness and profitability of the brand will be what drives you! 

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • You understand modern brand building in the fast-paced digital marketing world 

  • 5+ years Experience in B2B and/or consumer green industry (outdoor living, lawn & garden, and turf & ornamental industries) with branding, strategic development and creative problem solving 

  • Naturally curious and are the first at uncovering interesting case studies, trends and strategies deployed by disruptor brands 

  • A passionate marketer and creative thinker with the desire to develop digitally native or direct-to-consumer brands 

  • Ability to lead, direct and support cross functional stakeholders and outside agency partners 

  • A natural interest in identifying consumer needs and developing plans to reach target audience- You understand what it takes to identify, engage and build loyalty in new audiences 

  • Entrepreneurial minded- ready to jump into fast-paced, rapidly evolving eCommerce space 

  • The thrill of building something new excites you! 

  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information to create recommendations 

  • Experience building compelling online experiences to drive B2B & consumer engagement and conversion 

  • Thoughtful risk taker who is able to make quick decisions, assess results and redirect as necessary 

  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment, resilient to adversity and adapting with flexibility 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, MBA preferred
